Ms. Ayyar

A creative person who has two decades of experience in Training. A naval spouse that has helped to explore widely in and around the country to gain experience. My passion towards creative writing led to publishing two books, the debut one by Partridge Publishers, Dews on the Cheek in 2016 and Many Hearts One Beat in 2019. Contributed to Naval community as an Editor in chief for the woman magazine from 2014 – 2020, and as a Group Coordinator for the special school Sankalp from 2016 – 2019. Participated in Jagriti yatra 2014 to promote young entrepreneurs. Speak at large conventions to motivate companies to make necessary changes in order to achieve optimal results. Conduct lectures on teamwork time and stress management personal accountability initiative needed in the corporate world etc. Write develop and teach curriculum to be used by corporations as training devices for new employees.
